The names in the logo may be familiar to many of you. Dick Kaufman and Ron Calareso have each worked in higher education and independent school dining services for more than thirty-five years. During their careers they worked with the two major companies, Saga and ARAMARK, in just about every facet of the industry. Starting as dining service managers, they rose through the ranks of these organizations as directors, marketing managers, human resource directors, district managers and finally as regional vice presidents.
